15 Principles Of Right Eating Habit

1. Avoid smoking after meal because experiments from experts prove that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chance of getting cancer is higher)

2. Avoid eating fruit after meal because it will cause stomachache and indigestion. The best time to eats fruits is 1 hour before meal.

3. Avoid drinking Tea with meal because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.

4. Avoid loosen your belt after meal because it will easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked

5. Avoid bathing after meal because it will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs and body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. this will weaken the digestive system in our stomach

6.Avoid walking after meal because it will case the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake. People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. ACTUALLY THIS IS NOT TRUE

7. Avoid sleeping immediately because the food we intake will not be digested properly. thus it will lead to gastric and infection in out intestine

8. Avoid drinking iced water and soda with meal because too much fluid with meal dilutes digestive juices making it more difficult to break down food and causes inefficient digestion and assimilation of the nutrients contained in the food

9. Stop eating before 7 P.M and avoid eating late

10.Consume a lot of vegetables and fruit to maintain acid-alkaline on a scale of PH 7.5

11. Avoid eating too many different foods at meal

12. The rule of eating is to eat only when we are hungry

13. eating slowly and chewing our food well are important

14. Avoid eating when upset and depressed
